Jon Salter
Recruiter | Co-FounderI’ve spent the last 15 years helping modern technology companies hire senior engineers and leaders across the UK, US, and Europe.
I work closely with founders, engineering leaders, and talent teams during periods of scale, international expansion, and organisational change.
I enjoy helping companies recognise exceptional talent and make better hiring decisions.
Outside of work, I spend a disproportionate amount of time over-optimising my health, taking board games far too seriously, and reassuring my sausage dog that the world isn’t ending every time there’s a noise outside.

I’ve partnered with firms across the UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East on senior and C-suite hires. My approach is calm, direct, and relationship-driven, emphasising clarity and momentum throughout the process.
Outside of work, I’m kept busy by two kids under four, watching England cricket and Chelsea disappoint, and losing squash matches to people twice my age.
