Jon Salter

I’ve been recruiting software engineers and leaders for 15+ years, working with product-led companies across the UK, US and Europe.
I’m selective about who I work with and stay closely involved. I’m easy to reach, direct in my communication, and work as an advisor to both the candidate and company.
Away from recruitment, I enjoy travelling, fitness, food, hip-hop, Arsenal, backgammon, and trying to reassure my sausage dog Hercules that the world isn’t ending every time there’s a noise outside.

I’ve partnered with firms across the UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East on senior and C-suite hires. My approach is calm, direct, and relationship-driven, emphasising clarity and momentum throughout the process.
Outside of work, I’m kept busy by two kids under four, watching England cricket and Chelsea disappoint, and losing squash matches to people twice my age.
